Position Overview

This is a full-time on-site role located in Morgantown, WV for an Insurance Account Representative at Cathryn Boster State Farm. The Insurance Account Representative will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and providing excellent customer service. This includes responding to inquiries about insurance policies, processing insurance sales, and providing customers with information about insurance products and services. The Insurance Account Representative will also analyze customer needs and offer suitable recommendations and maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients.

Qualifications:

Excellent Communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic enviroment
Experiance in sales or customer service fields is preferred
Licensing for Property, Casualty, Life and Health insurance is preferred but not required
Positive attitude, self-starter, and team player is a must.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensation: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
